In Humanazing Me you will help our robot friend complete a human morning routine. 

You’ll complete your mission by collecting objects and interacting with your surroundings or combining them. The mouse will turn into a cross when you can interact with the pointed object. Remember not all interactive objects serve a real purpose in the game. Sometimes they are useful to contextualise the story and to learn more about the robot. On the other hand, if you can collect an object and keep it in your inventory, it serves a purpose in the game. Once you use an object in the correct way, it will disappear forever, albeit with some exceptions, as objects that must be used more than once.

A contextual menu with three buttons will appear when you click on an interactive object. You can press the Eye button to Look. This will give you useful information or the background of the object. You can use the Peg button to Take objects. If the object can be collected from the scenario, you’ll move it to the inventory with this button. Lastly, you can use the Hand button to use objects.

You can open the inventory by clicking the arrow on the right side of the screen. To navigate the inventory, click the top and bottom arrows. Saved objects have their own contextual menu when you click on them. The Look button is the same. You can use the open Peg button to Place objects. With this last button, you can use the inventory objects in the scenario (e.g. a key in a lock). Lastly, the two Rings button is used to Combine objects. When you click it, the selected object will be combined with the following object you click on, and you’ll creat a new object, if applicable.

To move around the house, use the Location symbol button on the left corner. Arrow buttons will appear to indicate possible directions. There are four rooms in the house: bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

You have three goals that you can check on the post-it on the top left corner of the screen: to shower, have breakfast, and brush your teeth.

The following sections contain spoilers to complete the puzzles and solve the game. We strongly encourage you to try to solve it yourself to enjoy the full experience. You can try to do so by often using the Look (Eye) button, as it gives you clues about next steps. However, don’t worry as we have created these sections to guide you in case you need extra help from time to time! Just scroll down to find the correct section.

Ducharse

Finding the small key that opens the bathroom cupboard is key in order to complete all three tasks.  Easy peasy! You’ll find it behind the hat hung on the hanger. Click the Use button to move it.

In the bathroom, use the small key with the cupboard and find inside the rubber bands and a pair of scissors.

In the Living room you’ll find cling film next to the kitchen’s door frame. This works great if you want to prevent water from destroying the robots circuits in the shower! Use the pair of scissors with the cling film to save a piece in the inventory.

Back in the Bathroom, you’ll find the remaining objects you need inside the bathtub: the sponge and the almost-empty shower gel. As there’s not enough shower gel for a full shower, you’ll need to use the old trick and fill it with tap water. Place the shower gel on the tap.

If you’ve taken the Mask from the living room shelf, the books from the shelf might have blocked the water faucet. You’ll need water in order to fill the shower gel and shower. Place the Mask again on the shelf in order to open the faucet.

You’re ready for shower time now! First, go inside the bathtub. Once inside, use the cling film piece over the robot. The goal is to shower without getting wet, so you’ll need to use the rubber bands to secure the cling film on the body. Lastly, use the shower gel on the robot and finish by using the sponge.

Breakfast

Go to the kitchen to gather all the necessary items. First of all, you’ll need to prepare a serving tray for the food. You’ll find the tray in the right pantry door. Pick it and place it on the table.

Once you’ve placed the first item on the tray, you can interact with it to gather clues about the food you need next. 

The first item is a cup of coffee. First, take the coffee capsules from the cupboard. You’ll soon find out the coffee machine is out of water. To fill it, press the top part of the coffee machine to remove the empty water tank. The kitchen sink doesn’t work, so you need to go to use the bathroom tap to fill it.

Remember that if you’ve picked the mask on the living room shelf, the books have fallen on the water valve and have closed it. You cannot fill the water tank without water, so place the mask on the shelf and activate the water valve.

Once filled, return the water tank to the coffee machine and use the coffee capsules to get a coffee in your inventory. Now place it on your tray.

Next, prepare a toast with butter and jam. There’s sliced bread in the cupboard, but first you’ll need to overcome some obstacles, as the toaster is unplugged and the bread bag is closed. .

Go to the bedroom to find the solution. By using the hat on the clothes rack, you’ll find a small key that opens the bathroom cabinet. In the toolbox there’s also a screwdriver that will prove useful.

Find the pair of scissors in the bathroom cabinet you’ve opened with the small key. If you combine the pair of scissors with the bag of bread, you’ll be able to open it.

The toaster cable is quite long and ends in the living room. You can’t use the cable as is, since the switch needs readjusting. Use the screwdriver with the switch to fix it. Now you can use the cable to turn on the toaster.

Back to the kitchen, use the open bread bag to prepare a toast. Spread the butter and jam that you’ll find in the fridge. The butter knife is in the drawer below the coffee machine.

Combine the butter knife with the butter, and then with a slice of bread to get a toast with butter. You won’t be able to spread jam before butter. If you’ve used the knife with the jam or you’ve used the butter twice, go to the bathroom and rinse the dirty knife before using it again. Once you’ve correctly spreaded butter and jam, place the toast on the tray.

Now it’s time to prepare a healthy apple, which you can find inside the fridge. However, remember that after preparing the toast you can remove the items from your inventory to leave space for more. Take a sharp knife from the drawer and combine it with the apple to peel it and place it on the tray.

Breakfast is ready now, but unfortunately our robot cannot eat it without malfunctioning! Go to the living room and find the hoover. If you’ve inspected it before, you must have realized the hoover is an ancestor of our good friend the robot, so we may be able to use some of its parts.

Switch off the toaster cable and use the hoover’s cable instead. A new piece is revealed on the top of the machine. If you pick it or inspect it you’ll find out it’s the hoover’s bag - looks like the best fix to eat! Thanks to it, the food will go directly to the bag and won’t interfere with any sensitive part of the robot’s insides!

Back in the kitchen, use the robot’s red abdominal piece to open the abdominal cavity. Now place the bag in the empty abdominal space and use the breakfast tray to complete the mission.

Brushing your teeth

Next step is opening the cabinet in the bathroom with the small key. The key is hidden below the hat in the bedroom. Use the hat to move it and find the key.

Once you’re in possession of the key, open the cabinet and take the toothpaste and the pair of scissors. The toothbrush is in the purple glass next to the tap. Combine the toothbrush and toothpaste.

As much as the robots would like to brush his teeth, he doesn’t have any, so you’ll need to find him a good denture. Go to the bedroom and interact with the toolbox to open it and take a screwdriver.

In the living room there’s the popular toy Crocodile Dentist. A perfect denture waiting to be brushed, except for that it’s part of a crocodile! Use the screwdriver to remove the denture and add it to your inventory..

But, how do we hold the denture in front of the robot’s mouth? That very annoying mask on the living room shelf might finally prove useful! The mask holds the book on the shelf, and when the books fall, they close the water valve, so there’s no water in the bathroom. Luckily, we only need the mask’s elastic band. 

Combine the pair of scissors with the mask to get the elastic band. Then place the mask on its place again and activate the water valve. Combine the elastic band with the denture in front of the bathroom mirror so you can adjust the denture to the robot.

Almost done, but we still lack some maxilar muscles to open and close the denture. Go back to the bedroom and get a pen from the pencil case on the desk. This will do the trick!

Back to the bathroom, adjust the denture accordingly, followed by the pen, and finally use the toothbrush with the toothpaste.
